Victoria is the Director of UX Research at Verizon, where she leads a team of researchers working across a wide variety of consumer and business products and experiences. Prior to Verizon, she spent six years at Google growing and managing research teams working on Google Maps. Victoria earned her PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from Cornell University, has authored numerous scientific publications, and is an active speaker at leading academic and industry conferences. She thinks a lot about what it means to be impactful as a researcher and to build an impactful UX research team, and can’t wait to continue this conversation with the UXR Collective community!
